1. For the first time, it was officially implemented in the summer of 2003 in Karachi. The participant being the students who receive scholarships for their studies through the Zanabiyya Child Sponsorship Scheme. It was held at the Mehfil-e-Murtaza and the program duration was four weeks. The medium of instruction was Urdu. The scholars who taught at the program were:

i. Maulana S. Ali Murtaza Zaidi

iii. Maulana Aqil Musa

Some of the other support activities taken up by the Madrasah especially to provide services to other organizations and personalities that come from all over the world and are not aware of the environment in the Hawzah include the following:

Due to its unique position at the Hawzah in affiliation with the Al-Mustafa International University, the Madrasah is able to play a prominent role in networking and developing relations between various personalities and organizations.
