Madrasah Imam Ali (a.s) strives to provide a conducive environment for the preparation of `ulama and scholars of the future, in accordance with the global and local needs; as capable, competent and effective soldiers of the Awaited Imam (a.j).
Short Courses
1. For the first time, it was officially implemented in the summer of 2003 in Karachi. The participant being the students who receive scholarships for their studies through the Zanabiyya Child Sponsorship Scheme. It was held at the Mehfil-e-Murtaza and the program duration was four weeks. The medium of instruction was Urdu. The scholars who taught at the program were:
i. Maulana S. Ali Murtaza Zaidi
iii. Maulana Aqil Musa

Due to its unique position at the Hawzah in affiliation with the Al-Mustafa International University, the Madrasah is able to play a prominent role in networking and developing relations between various personalities and organizations.
